Founder & CEO
Tony Jin founded BestTop Consulting in 2015 in Singapore with a vision to bridge the gap between traditional career counseling and data-driven career intelligence. With deep expertise in psychometric assessment, workforce development, and AI technology, Tony has led BestTop to become a pioneer in the intersection of career science and artificial intelligence.
Under his leadership, BestTop developed the proprietary BPRA (BestTop Professional Readiness Assessment) framework — a 16-dimension psychometric instrument validated through rigorous statistical analysis including Cronbach's alpha reliability testing and factor analysis. Tony's vision extends beyond assessment to creating a comprehensive career ecosystem that integrates with Singapore's SkillsFuture initiative.
Tony is passionate about the CAM (Career Advisory Masterclass) Programme, which trains career advisors to leverage BestTop's tools for more effective, evidence-based guidance. His work has been recognized through partnerships with universities, government agencies, and leading enterprises across Southeast Asia.
